JoAnn Hostutler
JoAnn Hostutler joined EWM in 1999 as managing broker of EWM’s first office in Broward County. Looking back over the past years, JoAnn said it has been a wonderful world wind ride watching EWM’s first office with twelve people rapidly grow to four offices and 250 associates in 2006. JoAnn has been and continues to be instrumental in the recruitment and day-to-day operations of EWM.
JoAnn has had a lifetime career in real estate. For fifteen years JoAnn was an owner/broker of two real estates companies in Miami Lakes. She has been a sales associate, broker and owner during her career and has a complete understanding of what it takes to be a successful realtor.
During her career she was recognized for her outstanding achievements as Realtor of the Year for the Hialeah-Miami Springs Board of Realtors, as well as receiving the Board Services Award. She also served as a member of the Board’s Professional Standards and Grievance Committee. The City of Hialeah Economic Development Board recognized her with an Award of Merit. She currently serves on the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Board of Realtors Grievance Committee.
Her sales skills have earned her lifetime clients and recognition. Her management skills have won her the highest accolades from her sales associates and competitors alike. Her commitment to her community is unquestioned.
